dA's support is terrible, and they make horrid calls.

You send them valid violations and they do one of three things:
1. Send you message (after like a week or two) saying the author has already resolved the problem.
2. Send you a message (after a month or two) saying your valid report is invalid.
3. Send in a TOS violation and they wait over a month before they even notice your comment, and admit that it was found while they were "perusing the backlogs"

Nice job guys. I just lost all faith in you. Gratz.

I am probably done using the stupid support system that gives you no help anyway...
